The MindFull Experience lead yoga and meditation at Digicon 2019 — the Philippines’ largest gathering of marketing, communications and digital executives. During the intense 3 day annual event, delegates benefited from classes designed to heighten focus, memory retention and stress reduction.

While in the Philippines, The MindFull Experience also presented at McDonald’s Headquarters; teaching executives about the benefits of mindfulness and guiding them through meditation.
